Paula A. Price serves as a strategic advisor to Mission Advancement Corp.
Ms. Price has over 30 years of experience as a finance leader at companies across the consumer products, retail and financial services industries, and has deep expertise in public company finance and strategy, risk management, executive and leadership culture, and board governance.
Until mid-2020, Ms. Price served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Macy’s, Inc., continuing to serve as its advisor through the end of year. Ms. Price currently serves as a board member for four publicly traded companies: Accenture, where she serves as audit committee chair, Bristol Myers Squibb, Western Digital Corporation, and Davita. Ms. Price also serves on the board of Reddit, a privately held company.
Previously, she served on the boards of Dollar General and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, where she was elected chair. In addition to Macy’s, Inc., which also includes the Bloomingdale’s and Bluemercury brands, Ms. Price has been an executive at some of the largest, most well-known brands such as Ahold USA (which includes Stop & Shop, Giant and Peapod), CVS Caremark, JPMorgan Chase, Diageo, and Kraft Foods. Ms. Price is currently a visiting executive and has served as a full-time senior lecturer at Harvard Business School.
Ms. Price earned her BS in Accountancy from DePaul University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago.
