Richelle Parham serves as a strategic advisor to Mission Advancement Corp.

Ms. Parham is a seasoned senior-level executive, who possesses over 25 years of global strategy and marketing experience. Ms. Parham currently serves as a board member for three publicly traded companies: Best Buy, e.l.f Beauty and LabCorp. Previously, Ms. Parham served on the public board of Scripps Network Interactive.

In 2019, Ms. Parham has been a Managing Director of WestRiver Group, as a Managing Director, a firm that provides integrated capital solutions to the global innovation economy with investments focused on technology, life sciences, energy and experiential sectors. She was previously a General Partner of Camden Partners, a private equity firm, focused on growth stage consumer companies.

She also founded and serves as Executive Chairman of Shyn, a direct-to-consumer oral care company. Prior to Camden Partners, Ms. Parham served as Chief Marketing Officer of eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY), where she developed strategies and executed all marketing and branding activities to reach more than 180 million active eBay users. Prior to eBay, Ms. Parham served as Head of Global Marketing Innovation and Initiatives, and Head of Global Marketing Services at Visa Inc, and has 13 years in senior leadership roles at Digitas, a leading global marketing agency.

Ms. Parham has been named to Savoy as “Most Influential Women in Corporate America”, Black Enterprise “Power in the Boardroom”, Forbes “50 Most Influential CMOs in the World”, and Fast Company “Most Creative People in Business 1000.” 

Ms. Parham holds double Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Design Arts from Drexel University, where she later became a member of the Drexel University Board of Trustees.
